Please Note:

• Any changes to bookings must be made no later than 72 hours before the start of the course.

• It is the client's responsibility to arrive in England on time for the start of his/her course. We are unable to offer refunds for late arrivals.

• Obtaining visas, or any other documentation required to enter the UK, is the client's responsibility.

• We accept credit & debit card payments, bank transfers & cheques drawn on UK bank accounts.

• The full course fee & all payments must be received and cleared no later than 14 days before the start of your course.

• All Total Immersion Course prices include: executive accommodation with a host family or hotel accommodation; all meals; airport transfers to & from Liverpool or Manchester airports at the start and end of your course; transport each day to & from accommodation and school or other activities connected with your course.
