What is a Complete-Immersion English course?
Exclusive English Training
A complete-immersion English course places you in a totally English environment. From the moment you arrive until your departure, you learn English naturally while experiencing the life and culture of the English-speaking world.
Our total immersion programmes and unique teaching methods allow you to make rapid progress in English while you learn in a relaxed, stress-free and friendly environment.
You learn and practise everyday English as well as English for your own particular needs or special purposes.
In addition to your lessons you have a programme of speakers, tours, activities and cultural visits, all of which are designed to help you extend and practise English in authentic situations.
Your English Course
in the UK
At Sandown Heritage your course is planned around your personal needs and requirements. You may wish to deal with a specific issue such as preparing for an important meeting or you may want to concentrate on English for a specific purpose or industry. Your course is tailor-made to deliver exactly what you wish and need.
To help us to design your course you complete a Needs Request Form before you arrive in England, this is a written form which will help us design your course. During your first hour of training in England we assess your needs & requirements and discuss your course plan with you.
The flexibility of our programmes means that we adapt to what you need and require day by day.
During your course you will have various training sessions, activities and visits; at all times you will be accompanied by a member of our team who will support and guide you so you develop self-confidence while practising and using English in authentic situations.
In order for you to achieve the most benefit from your course, we take care of all your daily needs so you can fully focus on your progress in English throughout your time at Sandown Heritage.
Our school is based in a large Victorian house which provides a comfortable, stress-free and relaxed environment for intensive training.
You will be immersed in the English language from the moment we meet you at the airport until your departure at the end of your course. This may seem daunting but our unique training methods teach you how to comprehend and express yourself with ease, and fearlessly, in a totally English-Speaking environment.
Course fees include: training, meals & refreshments, local transport as required for your schedule, hotel accommodation and airport pick-up/drop-off to and from Liverpool or Manchester Airport on arrival and departure.

English for Business & Personal Development
Express 45
This is a one week programme providing a minimum of 45+ hours of training. This concentrated English immersion course is designed for people with limited time who need to boost their level of English rapidly.
Executives, Professionals & Fast Track Talent
Professional Plus
This programme offers 130+ hours of complete-immersion training over two weeks and one weekend (12 days).
For the more advanced course participant this substantial training programme is an opportunity for in-depth study and practice.
For absolute/false beginners Professional Plus provides a solid and rapid basic foundation of English. For complete beginners we recommend a minimum programme of 3 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE: Extra weeks can be added to this programme by using Professional Plus Xtra (see below).
Extension Programme for Professinal Plus
Professional Plus Xtra
Add extra weeks to your Professional Plus Programme.
Use Professional Plus Xtra, an add-on, to extend your programme by 1 week (7 days, Saturday to Friday).
Each extra week includes a weekend programme and provides a further 65+ hours of training.
You can extend your Professional Plus programme for as many weeks as required.

A Bespoke Course
Sandown Heritage provides various English training options, however, if you do not find exactly what you require we will be happy to create a bespoke solution for you or your organisation.
Our bespoke service allows you to create a unique customised training solution. Each programme or course is designed around the needs and requirements of an individual or an organisation.
Bespoke training solutions can be either extensive programmes or tailor-made short courses. Whatever is required we work closely with you to provide a solution exactly as requested.
